Olivette Housing Authority

The Olivette Housing Authority provides affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in Olivette through its Public Housing program. All properties are maintained and managed by County Housing.

If you are an Olivette resident interested in finding housing, please note that all our waitlists are currently closed. You can sign up to be notified when the waitlists reopen. You can also learn more about housing by visiting our housing programs page.

The Olivette Housing Authority manages a total of 14 single-family homes designed to accommodate the needs of its residents.

Units include:

  • 2-bedroom units, suitable for small families.
  • 3-bedroom units, offering additional space for larger families.

These homes are a key part of our mission to deliver safe, affordable housing while fostering a strong sense of community. In addition to providing quality homes, we connect residents with supportive services aimed at promoting self-sufficiency and enhancing overall well-being.
