Olivette Housing Authority
The Olivette Housing Authority provides affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households in Olivette through its Public Housing program. All properties are maintained and managed by County Housing.
The Olivette Housing Authority manages a total of 14 single-family homes designed to accommodate the needs of its residents.
Units include:
2-bedroom units, suitable for small families.
3-bedroom units, offering additional space for larger families.
These homes are a key part of our mission to deliver safe, affordable housing while fostering a strong sense
of community. In addition to providing quality homes, we connect residents with supportive services aimed at promoting self-sufficiency and enhancing overall well-being.
The Olivette Housing Authority is advancing a redevelopment project designed to provide modern, high-quality, and affordable housing while expanding opportunities for families—particularly those seeking access to the highly regarded Ladue School District.
