County Housing Offices Closed – Thursday, June 19
In observance of Juneteenth, our offices will be closed on Thursday, June 19. We join in honoring this important day in history and celebrating freedom and resilience. Regular business hours will resume on Friday, June 20.

Move-Out Process

Any tenant wishing to terminate their lease with County Housing may do so by giving property management a 30-day notice through the Intent to Vacate form below. The 30-day notice will start at the beginning of the month. Once moved out, keys and a forwarding address need to be given to management on or before the last day of the month.

County Housing conducts move-out inspections and will let all tenants know prior to the inspection when it is taking place. If there are no damages or delinquent rents owed, the security deposit on record will be refunded within 30 days of the move-out. Any costs for damages and/or delinquent rent owed will be deducted from the security deposit.
