County Housing will be closed Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.
Juneteenth marks a pivotal moment in our nation’s history and reminds us of the importance of freedom, dignity, and opportunity. We join our community in reflecting on the past while working toward a more equitable future for all.
Development Projects
County Housing partners on affordable housing projects throughout St. Louis County. These projects consist of both redevelopments of existing housing units and new developments. County Housing helps coordinate and secure partners, funding, and development primarily through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
If you are interested in partnering with County Housing on an affordable housing project, please email Terri Acoff-States at terria@countyhousing.org.

Along with residents and officials in the City of Wellston, County Housing is partnering on the rehab of Wellington Family Homes, a public housing complex located in Wellston in St. Louis County. The rehab will preserve and upgrade 186 housing units for low- to moderate-income families and seniors. Upon completion, Beyond Housing will provide holistic supportive services to increase the self-sufficiency of each of the families.
