Development Projects

County Housing partners on affordable housing projects throughout St. Louis County. These projects consist of both redevelopments of existing housing units and new developments. County Housing helps coordinate and secure partners, funding, and development primarily through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

If you are interested in partnering with County Housing on an affordable housing project, please email Kurt Schulte at kschulte@drpartnersllc.com.
