Annual Recertification for Public Housing

Every year, residents will complete an annual recertification with their property manager in order to review their income, household composition, and other details relevant to updating their lease.

This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions, provide the necessary documentation, and ensure that your housing needs are being met.

Property management staff will reach out to you by mail and email to schedule an appointment with you to complete your annual recertification.
