Los propietarios de mascotas deben pagar un dep\u00f3sito para mascotas adem\u00e1s de cualquier otro dep\u00f3sito requerido. El importe de la fianza es el m\u00e1s alto del pago total del inquilino de la familia o 50 $ y debe pagarse en su totalidad antes de que la mascota entre en las instalaciones.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-light-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-761f06db2fc68a9c59e18d2b3f23833c\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Pol\u00edtica general de animales<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Seg\u00fan el cap\u00edtulo 10 del <a href=\"https:\/\/countyhousing.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Admissions-and-Continued-Occupancy-Policy-2023.pdf#page=198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plan de Admisi\u00f3n y Ocupaci\u00f3n Continuada (ACOP)<\/a><\/em>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda deben registrarse ante la Autoridad antes de ser introducidos en los locales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La inscripci\u00f3n incluye documentaci\u00f3n firmada por un veterinario autorizado o por una autoridad estatal o local que acredite que el animal ha recibido todas las vacunas exigidas por la legislaci\u00f3n estatal o local, que no padece ninguna enfermedad contagiosa y que est\u00e1 libre de plagas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este registro debe renovarse anualmente y se coordinar\u00e1 con la fecha de reexamen anual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se autorizar\u00e1 la residencia de animales dom\u00e9sticos en una unidad hasta que se hayan cumplido los requisitos de registro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda debe ser un animal dom\u00e9stico com\u00fan, es decir, un animal domesticado como un perro, un gato, un p\u00e1jaro o un pez, reconocido tradicionalmente como animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda y que se mantiene en el hogar por placer y no con fines comerciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-pink-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a920d66e26650f6c49fe4a545207d714\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Restricciones para mascotas<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los siguientes animales NO se consideran animales dom\u00e9sticos comunes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reptiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roedores<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insectos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ar\u00e1cnidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animales salvajes o asilvestrados<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cerdos panzudos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animales utilizados para la cr\u00eda comercial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adem\u00e1s, los siguientes animales NO est\u00e1n permitidos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cualquier animal cuyo peso adulto supere las 40 libras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perros de las razas pit bull, rottweiler, chow o boxer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hurones u otros animales cuyos mecanismos naturales de protecci\u00f3n supongan un riesgo para los ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os de sufrir mordeduras o laceraciones graves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cualquier animal no permitido por las leyes o c\u00f3digos estatales o locales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los residentes pueden tener un m\u00e1ximo de dos animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, de los cuales s\u00f3lo uno puede ser un perro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el caso de los peces, los residentes no podr\u00e1n tener m\u00e1s de los que puedan mantener de forma segura y saludable en un tanque de 10 galones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e9b256e3cc0f8cb0a1ca5e6c18528a57\">Animales de servicio<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para que un animal sea considerado animal de servicio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Debe ser un perro entrenado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debe haber una persona con discapacidad en el hogar que requiera los servicios del perro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pol\u00edticas sobre animales de servicio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los residentes son responsables de la alimentaci\u00f3n, el mantenimiento, los cuidados veterinarios y el control de sus animales de asistencia. El residente puede hacerlo solo o con la ayuda de familiares, amigos, voluntarios o proveedores de servicios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los residentes deben cuidar a los animales de asistencia de forma que se cumplan las leyes estatales y locales, incluidas las leyes contra la crueldad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los residentes deben asegurarse de que los animales de asistencia no supongan una amenaza directa para la salud o la seguridad de los dem\u00e1s, ni causen da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos sustanciales a la urbanizaci\u00f3n, la unidad de vivienda o la propiedad de otros residentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando el cuidado o manejo de un animal de asistencia por parte de un residente infrinja estas pol\u00edticas, Viviendas del Condado considerar\u00e1 si la infracci\u00f3n podr\u00eda reducirse o eliminarse mediante una adaptaci\u00f3n razonable.
