Kao stanodavac, va\u017eno je da budete informisani o ovoj promjeni i kako ona mo\u017ee uticati na va\u0161e nekretnine za iznajmljivanje. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0160ta je NSPIRE?<\/strong><br\/>NSPIRE je novi protokol inspekcije koji je razvio HUD kako bi se osiguralo da nekretnine za iznajmljivanje ispunjavaju dosljedne, visokokvalitetne standarde sigurnosti i udobnosti stanovanja. Pojednostavljuje kriterije inspekcije, a nagla\u0161ava uvjete koji najdirektnije utje\u010du na zdravlje i sigurnost stanara. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Za\u0161to Promjena?<\/strong><br\/>NSPIRE zamjenjuje trenutne Standarde kvalitete stanovanja (HQS) kako bi se pojednostavio proces inspekcije i bolje uskladio sa modernim standardima stanovanja.
