Vlasnici ku\u0107nih ljubimaca moraju platiti depozit za ku\u0107ne ljubimce uz sve ostale potrebne depozite. Iznos depozita je ve\u0107i od ukupne porodi\u010dne uplate stanara ili 50 dolara i mora biti upla\u0107en u cijelosti prije nego \u0161to se ku\u0107ni ljubimac unese u prostorije.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-light-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be638ed377d8770807f62e3adf5efa2f\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Op\u0107a politika prema \u017eivotinjama<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong><em>Prema Poglavlju 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/countyhousing.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Admissions-and-Continued-Occupancy-Policy-2023.pdf#page=198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plana prijema i stalnog boravka (ACOP)<\/a><\/em> :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ku\u0107ni ljubimci moraju biti registrirani u Upravi prije nego \u0161to se unesu u prostorije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registracija uklju\u010duje dokumentaciju potpisanu od strane licenciranog veterinara ili dr\u017eavne\/lokalne vlasti da je ku\u0107ni ljubimac primio sve vakcinacije propisane dr\u017eavnim ili lokalnim zakonom, te da ku\u0107ni ljubimac nema zaraznu bolest(e) i da je \u010dist od \u0161teto\u010dina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ova registracija se mora obnavljati svake godine i bi\u0107e uskla\u0111ena sa datumom godi\u0161njeg ponovnog pregleda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ku\u0107nim ljubimcima ne\u0107e biti odobreno da borave u jedinici dok se ne ispune zahtjevi za registraciju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ku\u0107ni ljubimac mora biti uobi\u010dajeni ku\u0107ni ljubimac, \u0161to zna\u010di pripitomljena \u017eivotinja kao \u0161to je pas, ma\u010dka, ptica ili riba, koja je tradicionalno priznata kao ku\u0107na \u017eivotinja i koja se dr\u017ei u ku\u0107i radi zadovoljstva, a ne u komercijalne svrhe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-pink-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1b7cca7a1e2675e0ede69c68b3ab7cf9\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Ograni\u010denja za ku\u0107ne ljubimce<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Sljede\u0107e \u017eivotinje NE smatraju se uobi\u010dajenim ku\u0107nim ljubimcima:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reptili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glodari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insekti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arachnids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divlje \u017eivotinje ili divlje \u017eivotinje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trbu\u0161aste svinje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017divotinje koje se koriste za komercijalni uzgoj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osim toga, sljede\u0107e \u017eivotinje nisu dozvoljene:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Svaka \u017eivotinja \u010dija odrasla te\u017eina prelazi 40 funti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psi rasa pitbul, rotvajler, \u010dou ili bokser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tvorovi ili druge \u017eivotinje \u010diji prirodni za\u0161titni mehanizmi predstavljaju opasnost za malu djecu od ozbiljnih ugriza ili razderotina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilo koja \u017eivotinja koja nije dozvoljena dr\u017eavnim ili lokalnim zakonom ili kodeksom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stanovnici mogu imati najvi\u0161e dva ku\u0107na ljubimca, od kojih samo jedan mo\u017ee biti pas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U slu\u010daju ribe, stanovnici ne smiju dr\u017eati najvi\u0161e nego \u0161to se mo\u017ee odr\u017eavati na siguran i zdrav na\u010din u rezervoaru od 10 galona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-teal-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-52309a6ab80a98150393958ea32a2a2e\">Uslu\u017ene \u017eivotinje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da bi se \u017eivotinja smatrala uslu\u017enom \u017eivotinjom:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mora da je dresiran pas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U doma\u0107instvu mora postojati osoba sa invaliditetom kojoj su potrebne usluge psa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pravila za uslu\u017ene \u017eivotinje:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stanovnici su odgovorni za hranjenje, odr\u017eavanje, pru\u017eanje veterinarske njege i kontrolu \u017eivotinja koje im poma\u017eu. Stanovnik to mo\u017ee u\u010diniti sam ili uz pomo\u0107 porodice, prijatelja, volontera ili pru\u017eaoca usluga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stanovnici moraju brinuti o \u017eivotinjama za pomo\u0107 na na\u010din koji je u skladu sa dr\u017eavnim i lokalnim zakonima, uklju\u010duju\u0107i zakone protiv okrutnosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stanovnici moraju osigurati da \u017eivotinje za pomo\u0107 ne predstavljaju direktnu prijetnju zdravlju ili sigurnosti drugih, ili da uzrokuju zna\u010dajnu fizi\u010dku \u0161tetu na objektu, stambenoj jedinici ili imovini drugih stanovnika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada skrb ili postupanje sa \u017eivotinjom koja poma\u017ee \u0161ti\u0107eniku kr\u0161i ova pravila, County Housing \u0107e razmotriti mo\u017ee li se kr\u0161enje umanjiti ili otkloniti razumnom prilagodbom.
